Another International Award Goes To The University Of Esa Unggul At The Third Asia Pacific Student Forum 2015
Aden Sugiantoro (Faculty Of Law, University Of Esa Unggul, Indonesia) became one of the Delegates in THE THIRD ASIA PACIFIC STUDENT FORUM 2015 which was hosted by THE UNIVERSITY OF INDONESIA
after completing a project and presentation in front of Three
International Judges and managed to bring home 2 (two) awards on The
Awarding Night;
- The Winner of Act-of-Random-Kindness (ARK) Project; and
- The Winner of The Most Photogenic Delegate.
ASIA PACIFIC STUDENT FORUM is one
prestigious event held by UNIVERSAL YOUTH ALLIANCE (UYA). The Third Asia
Pacific Student Forum 2015 brings up the main topic of “YOUTH
INNOVATION AND ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION TO ERADICATE POVERTY THROUGH
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”. The Forum had 100 (one hundred) delegates
from all around ASIA PASIFIC after a long process by the respective
committee.
A five-day conference started on September 17th 2015 – September 21st
2015 consisted of many academic and non-academic programs which were
meant to boost The Delegates’ understanding about Sustainable
Development.
Act-of-Random-Kindness (ARK) Project is a
project where delegates are expected to think and search together the
solution of real poverty problem given by the committee. The Third Asia
Pacific Student Forum 2015 brings up a real problem from an isolated
village called Ramea Village which is located in Banten Province,
Indonesia. As one of the delegate, Aden Sugiantoro and team managed to
solve the problems in the village by a project and presentation which
focuses on The Village Health Issues and The project brought him to the
award as it was the only project which was most applicable according to
the Judges.
Those two awards have then added another international achievement to The University Of Esa Unggul which means the quality of the students at The University of Esa Unggul is quite competitive both nationally and internationally.
